We are testing out a new organized play system for UFS. Please read over the requirements and leave us your feedback. We are open to suggestion and will be incorporating a new scout system as well.
Getting Started
Tournament Organizers
If you are interested in running events at your local store or gaming group and receiving monthly prize support to give out to your community, simply follow the steps bellow to get started.
- Contact us at scouts@jascogames.com to recieve a scout application form.
- Fill in our scout application form and wait for us to approve and authorize your application.
- Contact your local store or gaming club to arrange a convenient time to run your event, then register it on our website.
- Tournament organizers are representatives for the game and will be expected to promote and support it.
- There are 4 levels of TO that you can achieve which will allow you various privileges and opportunities.
Standard TO: To become a Standard TO you must fill out the scout application form and get approval from organized play to become a scout. Standard TO's must maintain the minimum requirement of 2 events per month with no fewer than 4 players in each event. Standard TO's are allowed to run local events, demo games, league play, release events, and store championships. Standard TO's are allowed to run a maximum of 4 sanctioned events each month.Elite TO: To become an Elite TO, in addition to the Standard TO requirements, you must maintain the minimum requirement of 2 events per month with no fewer than 4 players in each event. In addition Elite TO's must have 10 or more players in at least 1 event each month. Elite TO's are allowed to run local events, demo games, league play, pre-release events, release events, store championships,city championships, regional tournaments, and special promotional events. Elite TO's are allowed to run a maximum of 5 sanctioned events each month.Master TO: To become a Master TO, in addition to the Elite TO requirements, you must maintain the minimum requirement of 3 events per month with no fewer than 10 players at each event. You must hold at least one tournament each month with 16 or more players. Master TO's are allowed to run local events, demo games, league play, pre-release events, release events, store championships, city championships, regional tournaments, special promotional events, Pro Tour Circuit events, and story line events. Master TO's are allowed to run a maximum of 6 sanctioned events each month.Supreme TO: To become a Supreme TO, in addition to the Master TO requirements, you must maintain the minimum requirement of 3 events per month with no fewer than 16 players. You must hold at least one tournament each month with 30 or more players. Master TO's are allowed to run local events, demo games, league play, pre-release events, release events, store championships,city championships, regional tournaments, special promotional events, Pro Tour Circuit events, story line events, and national events and invitational events. Master TO's are allowed to run a maximum of 10 sanctioned events each month.
Form Submission RulesTo submit your Organized Play forms you have several options. TO's may send them directly by scan, snail mail, or fax.
